Are the portion sizes of the meals for one person?

Yes most of them are, although the recipes shown seem large to ‘most’ people who have not yet eaten an abundant plant based diet. The portions are larger due to the fact the calorie intake of that compared to a meal of the SAD )Standard american/Australian diet) of oily fatty meat/ dairy and processed and concentrated food is higher in calories, so when on a plant based diet your intake of food should be larger to get the calories and nutrients you need and to get to a level of satiation.
